Nokado is a rare dojo that teaches a traditional martial art while still focusing on real world self defense. The instructors are not only extremely skillful and knowledgeable, with decades of experience, but also unbelievably accessible. They push you to excel in a positive environment where all students support each other. Their kids classes are really outstanding, and not only produce great martial artists, but kids who grow into outstanding teenagers and adults. It's a special place.
